What we collect

Onboarding fields are optional. If you skip them we show a "?" placeholder.

How we use it

We never sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Usage analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), to understand how the portal is used — for example how many players complete signup or reveal their card. These events are pseudonymous: they reference a random account ID only and never include your name, email address, or birth year. We do not set analytics cookies unless you opt in to session recordings (below). When you open a club invite link we set a short-lived (2-hour) technical cookie so we can see whether invite links lead to completed signups.

Session recordings (optional)

If you give consent — via the in-app prompt or the Privacy section in Settings — we use PostHog session replay to record how you use the portal: taps, scrolling and page navigation. Everything you type and all on-screen text is masked in your browser before the recording is sent, so the recording never contains it. Recordings are linked to your pseudonymous account ID, stored with PostHog in the EU (Frankfurt) and deleted automatically after 30 days. If you accept, your browser remembers your choice and PostHog sets a first-party cookie and local-storage entry so your visit forms one recording. We only offer this to users aged 13 or over. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings — recording stops immediately and the cookie is removed.
